Description: Staff including Paxton provide professional, thorough service with excellent craftsmanship. Paxton takes time to explore lots of options, explains how stone installation will go, and how sink installation interacts with stonework. Staff answer many questions and explain everything without any pressure. Teams come out for final measurements as scheduled and complete demo and installation in about a week, taking two days total. Demo and installation teams are really clean, able to keep original backsplash. Staff are careful during final grinding with one workman using grinder while another has shop vac right near it. Guidance is spot on and staff are super nice. Projects are terrific and teams are referred by satisfied friends.

Gene measures spaces and staff work with fabricators to match up veining to perfection from counter to backsplash. Fabricators are particularly kind and understanding as customers work through processes. Prices are fair and reasonable with quality and selection of products allowing customers to find exactly what they're looking for. Office staff, sales team, and installers are all well informed and responsive. Service and follow-through are spot on with exceptional service making buying experiences pleasant from start to finish.
